In Alberta, August 12th was deadline to sign up to vote for the new leader of the United Conservative Party and the next premier of Alberta. If you’re a member of the UCP, you can expect to get your ballot in the mail some time after September 2nd. Ballots need to be received at UCP headquarters by Monday, October 3rd. You can also vote in-person on Thursday, October 6th. There will be five voting locations across the province. Details have yet to be announced. The winner will be announced that night at BMO Centre in Stampede Park in Calgary.
